OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders within 14 business days of order shipment date.
- Customers may return item(s) within 14 business days of the order shipment date.
- Select limited-edition styles are eligible for return within seven days of the shipping date.
- Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
EXCLUSIONS
The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized Items
- Gift Boxes
- Any items that were discounted or "on sale"
